yiddish - Noach with seven mistakes



There is a pithy Yiddish description for a simple matter that has been massively bungled:


"Noiach mit zibn greizen" -- [The two-letter name] Noach (נח) spelled with seven mistakes.


Does anyone know how this can actually be done?
