messiah - Will we be obligated to bring many chatats when the temple is rebuilt?

When the Temple is rebuilt will we each have to bring chatats ("sin" offerings) as necessary based on different sins we have done (which would likely amount to quite a lot of korbanot for a lot of people) or is there some sort of process to "start over" and begin like new, bringing chatats only for new sins?

Is there perhaps some discussion of what happened with regards to this when the 2nd Temple was built?
